    Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy
  • Develop and support go-to-market strategies for both emerging brands and today’s largest CPG brands that leverage proven and emerging tactics across growth marketing, paid media, audience acquisition, and digital activation to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Translate business and brand objectives into omni-channel growth strategies, channel plans, and audience approaches.
  • Partner with leading technologies and start-ups as well as client brand teams to align digital content, media and engagement strategy and execution with broader growth goals.
  • Paid Media & AdTech Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media programs across channels such as paid social, programmatic display/video, search, and emerging platforms.
  • Apply strong knowledge of AdTech platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, [platform]), data signals, and targeting methodologies to inform strategy and drive performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Leverage AI-powered optimization tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Digital Commerce & Marketing Infrastructure Support
  • Define and stand up the digital commerce, marketing technology and media stack required for venture launch and early growth
    Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, AdTech, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, DV360, The Trade Desk), media buying, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience supporting or leading go-to-market or audience growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
    Preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and the evolving role of machine learning in media optimization.
  • Experience standing up marketing infrastructure (tagging, tracking, attribution) for early-stage brands or ventures.
  • Background at a brand, agency, consultancy, or high-growth startup.
