We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Centre Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking, checking, and packing of sales orders and transfer orders with high accuracy and efficiency
- Working with scanners to update all stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies
- Reworking products for specific customers and maintaining a high level of quality control
- Conducting regular stock inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to senior management
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any breaches to senior management
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment and ensuring all necessary safety gear is in good working order
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Fluency in English language (required)
- Warehouse machinery licenses (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment
