We're currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a full-time, non-exempt Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer experiences by responding to inbound chat and text messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and engage in conversations with customers via chat and text messages, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
- Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour.
- Operate within multiple software platforms, leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the automobile industry and various vehicle makes/models.
- High-speed internet access and a reliable computer setup.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: OFF
