Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, with a focus on Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on a product team, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
- 4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps
- Experience with SAFe is highly desirable
- 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of designing and implementing project plans
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise program/project planning and management functions, with a focus on large-scale projects (10+ team members or budgets over $500k)
- Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, RPA, or Snowflake is a plus
