Job Overview
We are looking for a Director of AI Engineering & Innovation to work closely with our CTO and help accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into our global technology platform.
This role is designed to support our CTO and engineering organization during the transition into the AI era, helping implement modern AI development workflows, guiding our engineering teams in AI-assisted development, and building a new AI innovation lab in Singapore.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our CTO and existing engineering teams while helping expand our capabilities in AI platforms, AI health applications, and next-generation intelligent systems.
1. Support the CTO in AI Transformation
Work directly with the CTO to help guide the company’s transition toward AI-driven development.
- Responsibilities include:
- introducing modern AI development tools
- implementing AI-assisted coding workflows
- accelerating product development with AI
- helping define long-term AI architecture strategy.
This role works in partnership with the CTO, supporting the technology leadership team as AI capabilities expand.
2. Enable AI-Driven Development
- Introduce best practices for AI-assisted software development, including:
- AI coding tools
- AI agents
- automated testing
- AI-supported product design.
The goal is to increase development velocity while maintaining engineering quality.
3. Collaborate with Global Engineering Team
Work alongside our CTO to support and guide our existing software development team of approximately 25 engineers, primarily located in Vietnam.
- Focus areas include:
- helping the team adopt modern AI development tools
- supporting engineering productivity improvements
- sharing AI engineering best practices
- collaborating with team leads on architecture and product delivery.
4. Build the AI Innovation Lab (Singapore)
Help establish a small AI innovation and research hub in Singapore.
- This lab will focus on:
- advanced AI product development
- AI health applications
- AI platform architecture
- experimentation with new AI technologies.
The lab will work closely with the broader engineering organization and CTO to accelerate innovation.
5. Develop AI-Powered Products
- Support the development of next-generation AI products, including:
- AI-powered mobile applications
- intelligent digital platforms
- AI-driven health and wellness solutions
- proprietary AI technologies.
This includes working on cutting-edge AI health applications and patented AI technologies.
6. Long-Term AI Vision
Collaborate with the CTO and leadership team to explore the development of proprietary AI capabilities and systemsthat may power future products and services.
The long-term goal is to build a scalable AI ecosystem that combines software platforms, intelligent automation, and AI-driven products.
- Required Experience
- 6–12+ years in software engineering
- experience building or leading engineering teams
- strong experience integrating AI tools into development workflows
- experience with modern cloud and platform architecture
- strong English communication skills (global team collaboration).
Preferred Background
- Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- AI product development
- AI platform architecture
- startup or high-growth technology environments
- building AI-driven digital platforms.
- Bonus experience:
- AI health technologies
- wearable or health data platforms
- AI agent systems.

SGD 180,000 – 240,000 per year
plus substantial bonis or equity depending on experience.
