Position Overview

Innovative provider of AI-powered software solutions is seeking a Head of Machine Learning and AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of intelligent, human-centered solutions. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the AI/ML strategy, drive core AI model development, and oversee the full ML project lifecycle while mentoring a team of ML engineers and data scientists to foster innovation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI and ML strategy.


• Drive core AI model development.


• Oversee the full ML project lifecycle.


• Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists.


• Foster innovation and engineering excellence in areas like natural language understanding, knowledge graph reasoning, and reinforcement learning.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a related field.


• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models.


• Strong programming skills in Python.


• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.


• Familiarity with distributed computing, big data, and cloud platforms.


• 
  Citizen or Green Card Holder (company cannot sponsor visas).

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-stage startup experience is highly preferred.
