- Own the design and expansion of DashLink’s network footprint
- Build strategies that improve coverage, service quality, and cost efficiency
- Create induction and routing strategies that align with merchant expectations
- Shape service standards that are competitive with national carriers
- Identify opportunities for regional nodes and consolidation strategies
- Build and own models that project coverage, cost per unit, and service levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launches and measure success
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and deliver against milestones
- Requirements:
- 8+ years in transportation, supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations roles
- Experience in carrier selection, SLA design, or network optimization
- Fluent in data and modeling (Excel, SQL, Python, or network modeling tools)
