Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Head Pilot to join our team and operate our Citation 560XL and Citation XLS aircraft under Part 91. You'll serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
? Pilot in Command for scheduled flights
? Deliver exceptional customer service
? Conduct preflight inspections and prepare the aircraft for flight
? Plan flights based on weather and regulations
? Collaborate with the First Officer for smooth operations
? Make critical safety decisions
? Oversee refueling, servicing, and baggage loading
? Complete required logs and reports
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field (preferred)
? Citation XLS+ Type Rating
? FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate & First-Class Medical
? 3-5 years of turbojet experience in corporate, charter, fractional, or airlines
? 3,500+ total flight hours, including 1,500 as PIC and 500 in turbojet aircraft
? Clean flying record
