- CNA Job Expectations:
- Help residents with daily activities (ADLs) and collaborate on their care
- Assist during meal times
- Follow infection control practices and center guidelines
- Record key health metrics like weight, temperature, and blood pressure
- Inform supervisors of any changes in residents' health
- CNA Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Prior experience is advantageous but not essential
