About the position Lynch Consultants, LLC has exciting career opportunities for candidates with accounting and audit experience looking to join a premier consulting Firm. Our Financial and Risk Advisory practice areas are growing exponentially, and you have an opportunity to fill a key role in that growth. You will help us deliver quality compliance and assurance services to our clients and their stakeholders. You will provide a truly exceptional experience for our clients. Work Location and Schedule: Local to DC Metro Area/National Capital Region (NCR); team members will work five (5) days remote (WFH). Work location status can change at any time due project demands. Responsibilities • Manage task assignments. • Ensure that all tasks and quality assurance activities are fulfilled. • Provide direct engagement with team and customer on assignments. • Complete audits and compliance assessments in a timely manner. Requirements • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. • BS/BA degree with 1-5+ years of experience in Federal Financial Management and Accounting or a related field. • Management and Accounting experience. • Experience performing analyses of financial information, policies and procedures. • Experience performing program and compliance audits.
