Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Healthcare Office Manager (Remote) for a growing healthcare services organization.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Are you a healthcare operations professional with experience opening and managing clinics? Do you have experience answering client questions, collecting payor contracts, gathering credentialing, setting up electronic payments and portals, enrollments, and managing provider licenses? This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, evolving environment. The Healthcare Office Manager will build systems and workflows, coordinate with providers, and ensure clinics run efficiently.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client intake processes, including collecting payor contracts, provider licenses, and authorization forms
- Build and maintain systems and workflows for clinic setup and operations
- Answer client questions and provide guidance on processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clinics
- Support documentation, credentialing, and enrollment requirements
- Work independently and adapt to changing processes
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of healthcare office operations and clinic workflows
- Technology proficiency and aptitude for learning new platforms
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity
- Experience with intake, credentialing, or operational processes in healthcare preferred
- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year
