### Key Responsibilities
Ā **Customer Support:** Engage with customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails, adhering to company policies while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ā **Technical Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Operating Systems, call center operations, and connectivity challenges.
Ā **Consultative Approach:** Offer solutions and make recommendations for additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Ā **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot voice, data, video, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth and seamless customer interactions.
Ā **Documentation:** Accurately track and document each customer interaction to maintain a comprehensive record of technical issues and resolutions.
Ā **Collaboration:** Assist and provide backup support to fellow Technical Support Representatives as necessary to ensure complete customer service coverage.
### Preferred Qualifications
Ā Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
