THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, hungry closer to join our sales team. You'll be getting on calls directly with attorneys and law firm owners, presenting our pay-per-show appointment model, and closing deals on the first call.
These are warm, booked appointments β not cold calls. Your job is to run a tight discovery, present the offer, handle objections, and get the deal signed before the call ends.
This is a high-upside, performance-based role. If you can close, you'll earn well. If you need hand-holding, this isn't the right fit.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Taking booked sales calls with estate planning attorneys and law firm decision-makers
β
Running a structured sales process: discovery, pitch, objection handling, and same-call close
β
Presenting Destro's pay-per-show appointment model and territory exclusivity offer
β
Following up with pipeline leads who didn't close on the first call (via phone, email, and text)
β
Logging all activity, notes, and deal status in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
β
Hitting weekly and monthly close targets
β
Attending weekly sales meetings and participating in call reviews
β
Providing feedback on objection patterns and market signals to leadership
WHO YOU ARE
β
You have 1+ years of experience closing B2B deals over the phone or Zoom (agency, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
β
You're comfortable selling to business owners β specifically attorneys or other high-income professionals
β
You understand consultative selling: you ask questions, diagnose problems, and prescribe solutions β you don't pitch and pray
β
You can handle objections without folding β "I need to think about it" doesn't end your call
β
You're coachable and open to running a structured script while making it sound natural
β
You're organized, self-motivated, and don't need someone standing over your shoulder
β
You have a reliable internet connection, a quiet space for calls, and a professional setup
