This is a remote position. Power Within Psychology is seeking a Part-Time Hindi Faculty to train aspirants preparing for CTET and other teaching eligibility examinations , specifically for the Language Section (Hindi) . The role requires a strong understanding of Hindi language pedagogy , grammar, and comprehension, with a focus on exam-oriented preparation. Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures on Hindi language components , including: व्याकरण (Grammar) अपठित गद्यांश (Reading Comprehension) शब्दावली (Vocabulary) भाषा शिक्षण पद्धति (Language Pedagogy) Teach concepts aligned with CTET, CUET UG exam pattern and syllabus Prepare practice questions, worksheets, and mock tests Guide students on accuracy, interpretation, and pedagogy-based questions Resolve student doubts and support learning outcomes Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum alignment Requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi / Education / Related Field Skills and Competencies Strong command over Hindi grammar and pedagogy Familiarity with CTET and teaching exam patterns Ability to explain concepts clearly in Hindi Good classroom engagement and teaching skills Experience Prior teaching experience for CTET or similar exams preferred Experience in teaching Hindi pedagogy will be an advantage Freshers with strong subject knowledge may apply Benefits Opportunity to work in teacher training and competitive exam preparation Flexible working hours Academic exposure and structured teaching environment Performance-based incentives
