This is a remote role with a preference for candidates located in Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, or Washington, DC . This is a high-impact, senior-level position within the firms Energy & Natural Resources Business Unit , focusing on strategic legal counsel for mining sector clients. The role involves advising on complex corporate transactions , regulatory compliance , and industry-specific challenges .
