Role Description

Reporting to the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating engaging training sessions for our new and tenured Care Coordinators, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional services to our patients. Fostering a positive, effective, and efficient training experience will ensure all of our employees are prepared to do their most effective work and serve as many patients as possible.

    Responsibilities
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to a team of up to 18 remote Care Coordinators within their first 30 days of employment with the organization.
  • Be a positive, encouraging, solutions-focused voice for the New Hires.
  • Help develop a highly motivated, confident, and well-trained staff.
  • Provide frequent coaching and feedback using existing training materials, and policy and procedures.
  • Identify learning opportunities and collaborate with the Training Team to close these gaps.
  • Oversee, facilitate, and ensure staff education and adherence to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FCC, Medicare, etc.).
  • Control and maintain steady workflow within the team, track productivity, schedule adherence/timekeeping, research, and resolve issues.
  • Provide feedback on productivity and quality-related performance to Care Coordinators.
  • Work with the QA team to assist with quality improvement processes.
  • Work to continually improve retention and eliminate turnover by approaching all situations as solutions-focused.
  • Monitor outcomes to ensure that all trainees have met company training requirements before releasing them from training.
  • Create a positive work environment by adhering to the company's core values and principles.
  • When not leading a training class, support the training efforts of tenured Care Coordinators based on business needs.
  • When not leading a training class, support classroom training with practice call days, practice scenarios, and other duties as defined by Training team leadership.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a classroom training setting, working with learners preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning solutions that drive performance improvement and meet organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
