Role Description
- As a Content Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital content across online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing and optimizing daily and advanced content curation tasks across written publications and audio content.
- Writing and reporting relevant bugs and errors using best practices through internal database system.
- Managing escalations related to metadata, content integrity, and platform quality.
- Prioritizing tasks and issues quickly and efficiently.
- Balancing workloads across a distributed team to ensure throughput and coverage.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow guides, and training materials.
- Identifying gaps in processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Adhering to project-specific quality standards as per client guidelines.
- Completing assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.
- Qualifications
- Ability to work from home in a secure environment.
- Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (both spoken and written language) in required language(s).
- Native language skills and cultural awareness of native country.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate networks and websites with different browsers.
- Position may be exposed to content that could be construed as offensive.
