Role Description
- This role involves leading online reading lessons to support students in their literacy development.
- Lead online reading lessons through Zoom with groups of up to 4 students in 30–40 minute sessions.
- Be available to teach during school and after-school hours (Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST).
- Use the provided curriculum, which includes detailed teaching steps and resources.
- Track and communicate student progress with consistency.
- Create an engaging, supportive classroom atmosphere that allows students to grow.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Comfort with Zoom and digital learning tools.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) - preferred but not required.
- Degree in education, English, literacy, or related areas - preferred but not required.
- Experience teaching phonics or early reading (K–3) - preferred but not required.

- Compensation: Up to $24/hour
- Job Type: Contract
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Flexible, remote teaching opportunities Monday–Friday between 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST
