Role Description

In this high-impact role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our premium programmatic marketplace. You will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic deals, acting as the essential link between technology and execution. This role demands a balance of technical expertise and analytical rigor, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and internal teams. Your contributions will directly influence the success of campaigns while driving innovations in operational workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic deals.
- Lead the setup, QA, and deployment of deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Build premium audience packages using contextual data triggers.
- Monitor deal health and delivery, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and diagnose issues.
- Document best-in-class operational workflows for team efficiency.
- Ensure timely resolution of cases in alignment with SLA standards.
- Partner with commercial teams to advise clients on transactional setups.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales Engineering to pilot new features.
- Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in programmatic environments.
- Deep understanding of AdTech protocols (RTB, OpenRTB).
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with data visualization tools like BigQuery and LookerStudio.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
