Role Description This role involves joining a dedicated recruiting team focused on sourcing and hiring Hygienists. β’ Partners closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan. β’ Opens requisitions and posts job openings. β’ Sources licensed Hygienists using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools/methods and Social Media channels. β’ Screens, qualifies, and makes recommendations for interviews. β’ Works closely with the Academic team to recruit from colleges/universities and Hygiene programs; attends job fairs as required. β’ Manages the candidate selection/interview process. β’ Manages the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations. Qualifications β’ Bachelorβs Degree preferred. β’ 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment, in a strategic, fast-paced setting. β’ Healthcare experience a plus. β’ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. β’ Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel. β’ Ideal candidate resides in central or eastern standard time. β’ Ability for occasional travel for team meetings and academic/networking events.
