Role Description
- This role involves supporting project work streams utilizing analytic tools, established methodologies, and innovative modeling techniques to implement comprehensive, data-driven financial aid strategies.
- Help clients achieve organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes
- Implement new technologies and align resources and investments for long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams
- Contribute meaningful analysis that informs institutional decision making
- Work closely with experienced consultants and analysts
- Gain exposure to financial aid modeling, econometric tools, and strategic enrollment management
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
- Strong analytical reasoning skills, including proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
- Requirements
- Current U.S. work authorization required
- Preferred
- Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
- Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000 - $100,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $78,400 - $118,000.
