Role Description
- Health Choice Network is seeking an Epic Certified Application Analyst (Prelude / Real-Time Eligibility – RTE) to support the build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Prelude and RTE. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and seamless revenue cycle workflows across the organization.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
- Support insurance verification workflows and front-end revenue cycle processes
- Implement system enhancements and workflow improvements
- Perform system upgrades, testing, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot build issues and resolve user-reported system concerns
- Ensure integration with other Epic modules and third-party systems
- Partner with operational leaders and end users to improve registration and eligibility workflows
- Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements
- Support ongoing implementation and optimization initiatives
- Qualifications
- Active Epic Certification in Prelude (Required)
- Epic RTE experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years of Epic build and application support experience
- Strong understanding of patient access, insurance verification, and revenue cycle workflows
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and workflow analysis
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
