- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Flexible, Full Caseload, Supportive Group Practice Pathways To Healing & Social Justice is a trauma-informed group practice serving women and professionals across New Jersey and New York. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants a consistent caseload, flexibility, and the ability to focus on clinical work without the burden of running a private practice. - 75 per session) Productivity bonus after 20 sessions/week Partial compensation for no-shows/cancellations Administrative and billing support Opportunity to grow within a trauma-informed, mission-driven practice Exposure to specialized services including immigration evaluations and EAP/workplace consulting Responsibilities:Provide individual psychotherapy (telehealth and/or in-person) Maintain timely and accurate documentation Manage a caseload of approximately 18-22 clients per week Collaborate as part of a professional and collegial team Qualifications:Active LCSW, LPC, LMFTlicense in New Jersey (required) Experience with trauma-informed care; EMDR training a plus Strong clinical, ethical, and documentation practices Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Compensation:$70
- 75 per clinical session Additional bonus for high productivity Estimated monthly earnings: ~$4,300
