The Learning & Development Instructional Program Specialist supports the design, delivery, and coordination of high-quality learning experiences across Best Friends Animal Society. This role focuses on execution and program support, partnering with Learning & Development leadership and subject matter experts to translate learning priorities into engaging, accessible, and well-organized training experiences. The position blends instructional design, facilitation, and learning system support to ensure programs are delivered consistently and effectively in alignment with organizational needs and guiding principles.

3–4 years of experience supporting instructional design, learning facilitation, or training programs.
Experience coordinating multi-session learning programs or recurring development initiatives.
Working knowledge of learning management systems; Workday Learning experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a remote work environment.
