Are you a licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent tired of spending money on recycled leads and building someone else’s business? We’re expanding and looking for motivated agents who want to grow the right way — non-captive, uncapped, and in control.
Here, you own your book of business, control your schedule, and decide how you want to work — 100% remotely or in person.
To help you build momentum, some no-cost leads are provided (availability varies). We also offer access to our group E&O policy if you need coverage to get started.
This is not a hand-holding opportunity — it’s a platform for producers. We provide tools, support, and systems. You bring the work ethic. No micromanaging. No income caps. No building someone else’s agency.

- Prospect daily through outbound calls using provided and self-generated leads
- Handle and respond to inbound call opportunities promptly and professionally
- Schedule and conduct client consultations (virtual and/or in-person)
- Assess client needs and present appropriate Life & Health insurance solutions
- Clearly explain plan options and close sales
- Complete applications and submit enrollments accurately and compliantly
- Follow up consistently to maintain pipeline activity and maximize conversions
- Generate referrals and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
- Build, manage, and grow your personal book of business
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and production activity
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Track daily activity and remain consistent with production goals
- Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound sales opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems
- Willingness to track activity and remain consistent with production goals
- Technical & Work Environment Requirements
- Must have a desktop or laptop computer (no tablets)
- Must have a mouse
- Hardwired high-speed internet connection required (Ethernet cord connected directly to router — WiFi is not permitted)
- Headset with attached microphone required (microphone must be positioned properly near the mouth during calls)
- Dedicated, quiet, noise-free work environment suitable for professional client calls
- Must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally on the phone (no whispering, low-volume speaking, or background distractions)
- Benefits
