Role Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Credit card charging with experience in patient account management and payment processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Tebra and has a background in medical billing.
- Charge and process credit card payments accurately in Tebra.
- Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
- Reconcile patient accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Review billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and patient records.
- Coordinate with billing and administrative teams as needed.
- Qualifications
- Experience working with Tebra (required or strongly preferred).
- Background in medical billing or healthcare administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.

- Purely work-from-home.
- Night Shift (EST).
- Weekly pay.
