Role Description This is a non-clinical healthcare role that is well suited for college students who want meaningful work, flexible hours, and real exposure to healthcare operations. β’ Conduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical histories β’ Listen carefully and document information accurately using provided templates and systems β’ Review existing medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency β’ Clean up and standardize medical information so it meets quality standards β’ Ensure patient histories are complete, consistent, and easy for physicians to understand β’ Review your work for accuracy before submission β’ Follow defined workflows and work expectations β’ Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve quality Qualifications β’ Are looking for a part-time role around 20 hours per week (e.g., college student) β’ Enjoy focused, detail-oriented work β’ Are comfortable speaking with patients for extended conversations β’ Can remain calm and professional during difficult or sensitive discussions β’ Are reliable and able to manage your time independently β’ Follow structured processes carefully β’ Are interested in healthcare exposure, especially if you are premed, public health, nursing, or exploring healthcare careers Requirements β’ Previous experience in medical scribing or administrative healthcare roles (nice to have but not required) β’ Strong interest in healthcare or medicine (nice to have but not required) β’ Comfort learning new software and tools (nice to have but not required) Role Details β’ Part-time and full-time options available, ideally have at least 20 hours per week available β’ Clear responsibilities, expectations, and performance metrics β’ Structured onboarding and training provided β’ Opportunity for fully remote work (subject to completion of onboarding and performance stage gates) β’ $25/hr Apply tot his job
