Job Title: Remote Chat Support Executive (Women Candidates Preferred)

Location: Work From Home – PAN India
Salary: ₹25,000–₹60,000/month (in-hand) + performance-based bonuses

- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chat support for Blinkit customers regarding orders, refunds, delivery status, and general queries
- Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer concerns
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
- Follow process compliance and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
- Work Details:
- Rotational Shifts (including weekends & evenings)
- Full-time role: 9 hours/day including breaks, 6 days/week
