The Pharmacy Technician could be responsible for taking inbound calls transferred from a contact center representative, reviewing patient accounts, generating outbound fax requests, making outbound calls to prescribers and patients, data entry, and transferring calls when appropriate.

Responsibilities
ΓΒ Take inbound calls transferred from a contact center representative
ΓΒ Review patient accounts
ΓΒ Generate outbound fax requests and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients
ΓΒ Perform data entry and transfer calls when appropriate
ΓΒ Ensure quality assurance and report adverse events
ΓΒ Assist with prescriber and patient outreach
Qualifications
ΓΒ High School Diploma or GED required
ΓΒ Valid Pharmacy Technician license strongly preferred, or Pharmacy Tech-In training/certification/registration as required by state laws
ΓΒ 0-1 year of relevant experience
