OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in e-commerce order fulfillment. As a key member of our online shopping experience, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Estimated Salary: $18.25 - $24.75 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
 Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
 Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
 Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
 Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
 Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
 Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
