ΓΒ Use the brand's products/services!
ΓΒ Familiarity with the brand site and media/searches related to it
ΓΒ Ability to compare and analyze competitor products
ΓΒ Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
ΓΒ 5+ years IT industry experience beneficial
ΓΒ Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems a plus
ΓΒ Familiarity with top OS and brand environments
ΓΒ Passion for helping others with large scale electronic purchasing needs
ΓΒ Ability to explain concepts at customer's knowledge level
ΓΒ Ability to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form

COMPENSATION AND PERKS
ΓΒ This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity

TECHNOLOGY DETAILS
ΓΒ A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time).
ΓΒ Stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps).
