We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a RemoteCustomer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to your clients through email, and phone communications. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer... satisfaction.ΓΒ Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
ΓΒ Respond to customer inquiries via email,and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
ΓΒ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
ΓΒ Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
ΓΒ Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
ΓΒ Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information b.y utilizing the right methods/tools
ΓΒ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
ΓΒ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
ΓΒ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
ΓΒ Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
ΓΒ Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
ΓΒ Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies
ΓΒ Qualifications:**
ΓΒ Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
ΓΒ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
ΓΒ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
ΓΒ Excellent communication and presentation skills
ΓΒ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
ΓΒ Skills and Competencies:**
ΓΒ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
ΓΒ Strong problem-solving skills
ΓΒ Proficiency in written and verbal communication
ΓΒ Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
ΓΒ Work Environment:**
ΓΒ This is a fully remote position that requires a quiet, dedicated workspace
ΓΒ Must have reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer/phonesuitable for professional work
