Role Description
- The Oncology Nurse Educator will partner with a cross-functional internal team and external stakeholders to successfully support the launch of our emerging skin cancer portfolio. This role is field-based and reports to the Senior Director of ONE/IROC West Educators.
- Help ensure a clear, patient-focused culture that values people, passion, and performance.
- Contribute within the commercial organization and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Training & Development, Market Access & Strategic Accounts, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.
- Elevate confidence in the RP1 injection process and create a positive first experience for patients and stakeholders.
- Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal patient outcomes by focusing on:
- Educating and creating comfort with the RP1 administration with key stakeholders.
- Supporting the identification & management of adverse events.
- Delivering unbranded disease awareness education.
- Partnering with ONS and JADPRO chapters to support educational initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with local and regional multidisciplinary team KOLs (Nursing, APP, etc.).
- Educating customers on appropriate product storage and addressing Biosafety questions.
- Partnering with the marketing team on the development and execution of Patient Support Materials.
- Scheduling and executing Branded & Unbranded Speaker Programs.
- Supporting the needs of EAP sites and ensuring appropriate pull-through at commercial sites.
- Partnering with Patient Advocacy Groups on specific initiatives as needed.
- Supporting educational needs of the local/regional internal account teams.
- Gather and share insights, maximize presentation opportunities, support strategic planning, and ensure flawless execution across the regional team.
- Display an innovative mindset, strategic thinking, strong collaboration and communication skills, and relationship building.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; graduate degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of Oncology pharma/biotech or related experience.
- Experience with skin cancer and/or immunotherapies.
- Experience working with oncolytic viruses.
- Experience interacting or partnering with interventional radiology.
- Passionate about providing first-rate customer experience to internal & external customers.
- Strong ability to communicate with a data-driven focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize under fixed schedules and in high-pressure situations.
Salary Range
- Replimune is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $183,000.00 - $236,500.00. The exact base pay offered will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus.
- New hire equity and ongoing equity grants subject to Board approval.
