This work-from-home role allows pharmacists to contribute to the monitoring of adverse events, post-marketing surveillance, and safety reporting β without needing prior pharma experience. β’ Collect, evaluate, and document adverse event reports for marketed and investigational products. β’ Conduct literature reviews and safety signal detection activities. β’ Prepare safety narratives and case documentation in accordance with FDA and global guidelines.
β’ Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams. β’ Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations. β’ Assist with safety database entry, audits, and quality reviews. Qualifications β’ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. β’ Active pharmacist license in the U.S. β’ Pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or regulatory experience preferred β pharmacists from retail, hospital, or managed care with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
β’ Excellent written communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
