Role Description This role involves representing a diverse client base on a wide range of complex transactions. • Purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties • Development and disposition agreements • Real estate financing and public-private partnerships (P3s) • Ground leases, easements, and condemnation matters • CEQA, land use entitlements, and environmental compliance support You’ll take the lead on deals, work alongside partners known for mentorship and collaboration, and enjoy the support of a firm that truly values balance and flexibility.
