Role Description

    This role involves delivering revenue strategy as a RevOps Strategist on the RevOps Delivery Team.
  • Build, execute, and lead operational improvements to optimize partners' go-to-market segmentation and operations.
  • Analyze existing data and map out partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
  • Lead partners in developing and delivering Go-to-Market strategies with excellent project management and timely execution.
  • Drive organizational change management by engaging with senior stakeholders and owning delivery on key projects.
    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant sales and marketing operations roles with high-growth companies or in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).
  • Able to command a meeting, lead conversations, communicate clearly, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Ability to map out partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to build a gap analysis and prioritize revenue plays.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts and work systematically to find solutions.
  • Experience in defining and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to develop and deliver revenue strategies.
  • Proven project and organizational management experience.
