Hiring: Social Media Strategist to Build Custom 30-60-90 Day Strategies for Multiple Industries Overview We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist who can create custom, actionable 30-60-90 day social media strategies for our clients across a wide range of industries (service-based, e-commerce, local brick-and-mortar, trades, wellness, financial, dental, etc.). We want someone who understands how to build a clear and engaging content roadmap that includes: ✅ Photo ideas ✅ Video concepts (including easy-to-film options) ✅ Story/short-form formats ✅ Narrative angles ✅ Posting cadences ✅ KPIs to track …and ties everything back to the client’s business goals.
What You’ll Do Develop tailored 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day social media strategies for each client. Create content frameworks that include photo shot lists, video ideas, B-roll prompts, and storytelling hooks. Write accompanying narrative guides (themes, messaging pillars, storyline concepts). Provide recommendations for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (depending on the client). Adapt strategies across various industries, using research and best practices. Present strategy documents in a clean, easy-to-read format (bolthires Docs or Slides).
Required Skills Proven experience creating social media strategies for brands. Ability to research different industries and build industry-specific game plans. Strong understanding of content pillars, audience psychology, and platform trends. Must be able to break down what to post, why it works, and how to execute it. Clear communication and ability to meet deadlines. Project Details Ongoing work—we consistently onboard new clients. Pay can be per strategy or per month, depending on your preference.
