Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) licensed in Florida to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a W2 employee with full support, stability, and benefits.

- Qualifications
- Active Florida license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Independent practice eligibility (no provisional licenses)
- 1–3 years of post-licensure experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms
- A private, confidential workspace
- Requirements
- Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote setting
