Role Description First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented regional Vice President of Sales & Team Lead who will oversee our Southwest sales territory & lead a team of sales reps in expanding our pipeline of prospects, qualifying decision makers, introducing our services, and closing businesses. β€’ Own teamwide new revenue targets, help shape GTM plans in territory, and support broader company level ARR goals β€’ Report on team performance and projections to executive leadership and other stakeholders β€’ Work with revenue operations, peer regional VP of Sales, and management to help set individual rep quotas within company guidelines & daily metrics for call and meeting KPIs to achieve new revenue growth targets β€’ Hire, train, and manage the performance of 6-9 individual reps β€’ Review and management of team opportunities and pipeline β€’ Review and approve pricing for unique opportunities β€’ Travel with and assist direct reports with business meetings and networking events β€’ Assist in developing relationships with brokers who serve clients (and individual clients) β€’ Assist the team with educating brokers on the benefits of the First Stop Health model β€’ Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories and competitive landscape Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred β€’ Several years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with demonstrated success, experience in employee benefit space preferred β€’ Prior experience as regional sales manager working with 3+ reps β€’ Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telehealth or ancillary benefits β€’ Willingness to travel 2x per month β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills β€’ Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment β€’ Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint β€’ Experience using Salesforce.com or other similar CRM tools to track sales activity β€’ Must be detail- and process-oriented and scrupulously use our tools Company Description On a mission to deliver affordable, delightful healthcare for all, First Stop Health provides connected, whole-person virtual care to employers 24/7 through app, website, or phone in all 50 states. β€’ First Stop Health prioritizes an engaging and easy-to-use experience, setting people on healthier journeys through care at multiple stages. β€’ Offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes various health and medical coverage options, dental and vision coverage, disability and life coverage. β€’ Remote-first work environment and flexible paid time off, including Summer Fridays. β€’ Employer match 401k plan and monthly phone stipend. β€’ First Stop Health membership benefit provides virtual care solutions from the first day of employment.
