- Provide clear and thorough information to caregivers while navigating through multiple platforms
- Manage questions from caregivers with grace and tact, emphasizing a positive employee experience
- Handle employment verifications and disability forms
- Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an HR/Benefits position covering several HR-related tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency
- Detail-oriented
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce
