Responsibilities:
Ā Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations for various non-profit organizations
Ā Provide excellent customer service to donors, addressing their questions and concerns
Ā Accurately enter donor information into our database
Ā Follow up with donors as needed to ensure satisfaction
Ā Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement opportunities
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Strong verbal communication skills
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ā Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ā Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (You will set your own schedule)
