FirstLight Home Care is a fast growing company seeking a Home Care Account Executive to work with their team to help grow the business. The role involves building relationships with referral sources to increase revenue through direct referrals and managing sales pipelines. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, social workers, and senior living facilities (B2B focus) Generate new business and increase service utilization through strategic outreach Represent the agency at community events Conduct presentations and educational sessions to introduce services Manage sales pipeline, track activities, and report on results Skills Strong background in Marketing, Health Care or within the Home Care Services Industry Proficient in customer relationship management techniques and tools Proven experience in sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service Marketing: 1 year (Required) Benefits Flexible schedule Paid training
