Administrative Support Clerk

Location: Remote

Contract Type: W-9 Independent Contractor

Role Description:

Code4Five is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freelance Data and Administrative Support Specialist to assist with ongoing data management and operational tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and streamlining administrative processes for our team. This is a remote, part-time position, requiring the contractor to work independently while meeting timelines and deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, update, and maintain complex datasets in both Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Create, modify, and optimize spreadsheets using advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables) to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop clear and informative reports, charts, and dashboards from raw data to assist with business decision-making.
  • Automate repetitive tasks in spreadsheets using macros or Google Apps Script to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and implementing data validation techniques.
  • Provide general administrative support by organizing and tracking project-related information.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and ensure project goals are met.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • HomeCare HomeBase EMR proficiency required
  • Proficiency: Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work to ensure accuracy and consistency in all data.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time and project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve data and process-related issues.
  • Communication: Effective written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with the team.
  • Technical Savvy: Quick to learn and adapt to new software and add-ons as needed.
