  • Employment Type: Full Time (36 hours per week)

  • Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend requirement

  • Shift: Dayshift: 7AM - 7PM

  • Stable, long-term patient assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and dressing

  • Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

  • Monitor vital signs, food intake, and hydration

  • Maintain detailed, accurate care documentation

  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:Required:

  • Washington State CNA certification OR NAR (must obtain CNA within 1 year)

  • Valid AHA BLS Card

  • Washington State Food Worker’s Card (or obtain upon hire)

  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license & valid car insurance

  • Ability to pass background check & drug screening

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift heaving objects (50lbs)

  • Ability to work with limited supervision

  • Compassionate, respectful, ethical

  • Strong documentation & basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in home health, hospice, or geriatric care
