Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team in a multifaceted role encompassing Human Resources, Executive Administration, and Accounts Receivable functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Β Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Β Manage employee records, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in HR-related inquiries.
Β Facilitate employee training programs and support performance evaluation processes.
Β Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Β
Β Provide support and guidance to staff members.
Β Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Β Manage all payroll and unemployment state accounts.
Executive Administration:
Β Manage and maintain all state licensing and insurance requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws
Β Prepare, review, and coordinate legal agreements, contracts, and other official documents
Β Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements
Β Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, professionally handling inquiries and requests
Β Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Executive Leadership.
Accounting:
Β Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
Β Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
Β Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
Β Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
Β Sending and collecting invoices
Β Other duties as assigned from our Accountant, CFO or executive leadership.
Β Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Qualifications:
Β Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Β Proven experience in HR functions, executive administrative support, and accounts receivable.
Β Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Β In-depth knowledge of state licensing requirements and legal agreement procedures
Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and accounting software. Experience in BambooHR will be preferred.
Β Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
