As an HR Consultant for Guardian HR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering crucial HR consulting services via phone and email. You will leverage your deep understanding of multi-state compliance and HR best practices to solve complex, real-world issues for a diverse client base. Our clients span all 50 states, represent every industry (both for-profit and non-profit), and range in size from small, local businesses to large, multi-state corporate organizations. Your goal is to be a strategic problem-solver, helping this dynamic roster navigate the complex world of HR.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Consultant to join our collaborative team. This is a 100% work-from-home position. Location Requirement: Candidates must be located within the PST, MST, or CST time zones and must adhere to a PST work schedule! What You'll Do: As an HR Consultant for Guardian HR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering crucial HR consulting services via phone and email.

You will leverage your deep understanding of multi-state compliance and HR best practices to solve complex, real-world issues for a diverse client base. Our clients span all 50 states, represent every industry (both for-profit and non-profit), and range in size from small, local businesses to large, multi-state corporate organizations. Your goal is to be a strategic problem-solver, helping this dynamic roster navigate the complex world of HR. Key Responsibilities Include: • Respond to and research a wide variety of complex HR subjects received from clients, providing prompt, accurate, and compliant guidance.

• Partner closely with our in-house team of HR Consultants to share knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. • Review and update client-facing HR documents, including policies, employee handbooks, and general communications, ensuring adherence to both established policies and current state/federal laws and regulations. • Assist the team in maintaining and updating our HR forms library by adding new content and modifying existing materials. • Take on other HR-related projects as directed by the leadership team.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly articulate HR professional who thrives in an independent, remote setting. • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on HR experience demonstrating solid knowledge of HR principles, functions, and best practices. • Proven multi-state HR experience is a must; you must be comfortable researching and applying laws across multiple jurisdictions. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

• Computer savvy, with strong working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook. • Exceptional research skills, strong organization, great attention to detail, and a proactive team-player mindset. Technology & Work Environment Requirements To ensure success and client confidentiality in a remote setting, candidates must meet the following criteria: • Must have a quiet, dedicated, and professional workspace free from distractions. • Must provide a reliable, high-speed home network connection. Additional Information

This is a full-time nonexempt position for 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m.

and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. While 100% remote, all employees are expected to attend a 2-3 day in person Company retreat once a year.
