We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team at Oracle as an Employee Relations specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and respectful work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to problem solve and make sound decisions. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations inquiries and concerns within the organization.
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all matters related to employee relations, including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Develop and implement employee relations training programs to promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and update policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and proactively make recommendations for updates or changes to company policies.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
Act as a mediator in employee disputes and work to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Continuously monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership on employee relations issues and activities.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams on any potential legal matters related to employee relations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations strategies and best practices.
Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in employee relations processes and procedures.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity in all employee relations matters.
