product-led, global SaaS company
operating in a highly regulated, data-driven environment.

Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will lead the
U.S. HR function
while partnering cross-functionally to support continued growth, organizational scale, and workforce performance.

for someone who thrives in
SaaS and startup environments
and enjoys building, scaling, and optimizing HR infrastructure.

What You’ll Own

βœ”οΈ Lead HR strategy and execution across the
U.S. business (multi-region, East Coast focus)

βœ”οΈ Partner with executive leadership on
organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives

βœ”οΈ Serve as a key partner within a
global HR structure
, aligning U.S. efforts with broader business objectives

βœ”οΈ Oversee and develop the
U.S. HR team
, driving performance and accountability

βœ”οΈ Design and evolve
compensation, bonus, and performance management programs

βœ”οΈ Lead
annual performance cycles, calibration, and merit planning

βœ”οΈ Build and enhance
people analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities

βœ”οΈ Partner cross-functionally with
Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
to ensure compliance and operational excellence

βœ”οΈ Act as a trusted advisor on
employee relations, change management, and talent development

βœ”οΈ Help shape a
high-performance, growth-oriented culture

What They’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ Proven experience as an
HR Director or senior HR leader
supporting U.S. operations

βœ”οΈ Background in
SaaS, technology, or product-led environments

βœ”οΈ Experience in
startup or high-growth companies
β€” builder mindset required

βœ”οΈ Strong experience supporting
multi-state / multi-region workforces

βœ”οΈ Hands-on operator β€” comfortable owning both
strategy and execution

βœ”οΈ Deep expertise in
compensation, performance management, and HR operations

βœ”οΈ Strong business partner β€” able to influence and advise leadership

βœ”οΈ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

βœ”οΈ Deep knowledge of
U.S. employment law and compliance
