Position: HR Generalist (Remote – Georgia) Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (with clear progression) Location: Remote (Georgia-based preferred) Type: Full-time Start: ASAP The Organisation We’re a Georgia-based healthcare organisation supporting a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice. While our work is clinical, this role is not — it’s about building the people infrastructure that allows clinicians to do their best work. We’re founder-led, mission-driven, and deeply invested in developing our team from within. With ~20 BCBAs across Georgia and continued growth ahead, we’re hiring our first dedicated HR Generalist to strengthen day-to-day people operations and grow with us. You’ll own the fundamentals of HR — recruitment support, onboarding, employee support, and internal processes — while working directly with the founder/leader of the organisation. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Managing core HR operations across the organisation • Supporting recruitment, hiring coordination, and onboarding • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders • Maintaining HR systems, documentation, and internal processes • Supporting a growing team of Georgia-based clinicians • Helping shape culture, communication, and internal development as we scale Who This Role Is For • Has experience as an HR Generalist (or similar breadth-focused HR role) • Is comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment • Wants to grow into an HR Manager role over time • Values ownership, accountability, and impact over rigid structure • Enjoys working directly with founders and senior leadership • Is based in Georgia (or willing to travel there occasionally) You’ll be the operational backbone that helps clinicians do their work without chaos behind the scenes — and helps leadership scale with consistency, not stress.
