Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking for an HR Analyst to become our internal subject matter expert on work authorizations and documentation. This isn't just another administrative role- it’s a critical compliance position where your eye for detail protects the integrity of our hiring process. salary: $31.49 - $31.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities
  • Verify I-9 for new hires
  • Start at ~10/week during training; scales up to 30–40 verifications per week once fully ramped
  • Manages the intake of all new starters appearing on the weekly report
  • Audit & Review:
  • Review Section 1 (Employee side) for errors (e.g., typos/misspellings).
  • Review Section 2 (Employer/Manager side) to ensure documentation matches the manager’s attestation.
  • Reach out to managers using provided templates to correct errors or request better documentation.
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers and Employees (once they have started and have internal email access) to resolve issues
